Ieri sera avevo voglia di un buon tagliere e, se anche voi siete in cerca di uno dei migliori, accompagnato da una delle focacce più buone che abbia mai assaggiato, ho il nome giusto: La Peora Nera.

Ci sono diversi tipi di taglieri, e noi abbiamo scelto quello completo per due persone. Affettati, formaggi, verdure grigliate, olive, cipolle e, naturalmente, assaggi di focacce calde. Sì, focacce calde! Qui sono eccezionali: gusto, leggerezza, morbidezza e quella leggera croccantezza, con una farcitura che si scioglie in bocca.

Il menù offre un’ampia scelta, con focacce del giorno che variano in base alla stagione. Ieri sera abbiamo provato un piccolo assaggio di quella con funghi porcini stracchino e salsiccia, che vi consiglio assolutamente di provare.

Da bere troverete in prevalenza birre classiche e artigianali.

L’atmosfera del locale è semplice, conviviale e perfetta per stare in compagnia, con un servizio caratterizzato da battute, sorrisi e tanta simpatia.

Last night I was craving a good charcuterie board, and if you’re looking for one of the best, paired with some of the finest focaccia I’ve ever tasted, I have the perfect name: La Peora Nera.

There are various types of boards, and we opted for the complete one for two people. Cured meats, cheeses, grilled vegetables, olives, onions, and, of course, warm focaccia. Yes, warm focaccia! Here, it’s exceptional: flavor, lightness, softness, and a slight crunch, with a filling that melts in your mouth.

The menu offers a wide range of options, with daily focaccia that changes based on the season. Last night, we tried the one with porcini mushrooms and sausage, which I highly recommend you try.

You’ll mainly find classic and craft beers to drink.

The atmosphere is simple, convivial, and perfect for enjoying with friends, with service full of jokes, smiles, and lots of friendliness.

We had a great time.
