Ieri sera abbiamo provato il menù degustazione di mare di questo nuovo ristorante (aperto da circa un anno e già in Guida Michelin) a Viareggio.
Location corridoio stretto, colori eleganti, luce giusta, sottofondo musicale crea atmosfera. (Se prenotate richiedete il tavolo vista cucina). La proposta dello chef è leggerezza ed eleganza. Non c’è stato un piatto fuori sapore per alti o bassi toni di degustazione.
Ogni piatto finito e lascia la voglia.
Servizio professionale e sorridente.

Yesterday evening we tried the seafood tasting menu of this new restaurant (open for about a year and already in the Michelin Guide) in Viareggio.
Location narrow corridor, elegant colors, right lights, background music creates atmosphere. (If you book, ask for a table overlooking the kitchen). The chef’s proposal is lightness and elegance. There wasn’t a dish out of flavor for high or low tasting tones.
Each finished dish and leaves the desire.
