Ieri sera ero in zona mare con la voglia di una pizza bassa e croccante e su consiglio di tanti sono venuto in questa pizzeria (fa anche cucina), veranda estiva, servizio giovane e sorridente e pizza come era nei miei desideri, bassa, croccante, colorata di gusto, gli ingredienti che si fondono e fanno orgia, con il bordo leggermente bruciato dal forno a legna che scricchiola e sa di passato, quelle pizze che finiscono sempre precise all’ultimo pezzo, nessun bordo o funghetto rimane nel piatto. Ci tornerò.
