istituzione per i suoi tordelli
Locale semplice, anni 80, con i piatti degli anni 80 e in un mondo che corre verso il boh sta sempre diventando più un pregio.
I titolari che sanno di storia lo rappresentano “antipasti ne volete?” … poi “tordelli e tagliatelle ai funghi?” “Litro di rosso”… noi si.. “bene”.Ventitre secondi ordinazione fatta.
In tavola arrivano i mitici antipasti misti italiani fra, salumi, giardiniere, cipollone, olive e pasta fritta. Sono tornato giovane.
Arriva il momento dei primi piatti tordelli e tagliatelle, quest’ultime buon piatto ma non verrete qui per questo, tordello molto buono, più piccoli e con un ripieno dal sapore “meno importante” rispetto al tordello lucchese, morbidissimi e leggeri, ne potresti mangiare un’insalatiera di plastica verde.
Siamo in Versilia quindi finiamo ovviamente con un dessert Versilia, caffè e amari. 25 € a persona.

Simple place, 80s, with dishes from the 80s and in a world that runs towards the boh is becoming more and more of a value.
The owners who know history represent it “do you want appetizers?” … then “tordelli and tagliatelle with mushrooms?” “Liter of red”… we do.. “fine”. Twenty-three seconds order placed.
The legendary mixed Italian appetizers arrive on the table, including cured meats, pickled onions, olives and fried pasta. I’m young again.
The time comes for the first courses tordelli and tagliatelle, the latter a good dish but you won’t come here for that, very good tordello, smaller and with a lighter filling than the Lucchese tordello, very soft and light, nor could you eat a plastic salad bowl green.
We are in Versilia so we obviously end up with a Versilia dessert, coffee and bitters. €25 per person.
