Sabato sera Firenze seguendo il consiglio di un’amica abbiamo provato questo locale. Siamo a ridosso del Duomo di Firenze ma appena entrati rimaniamo sorpresi dalla divertente e tipica cucina a vista, “fumi e spadellamenti” che sembra di essere più in una cucina orientale che italiana, ma in un minuto menù in mano trovi subito l’Italia.
È una spaghetteria e ovviamente troviamo tutti classici italiani dalla Carbonara allo Scoglio, ma anche riso e gnocchi. Buona scelta anche dei secondi piatti.
I piatti che vedete in foto ci hanno sorpreso, se ero ovvio aspettarsi buone paste che confermiamo tali, mi sarei aspettato meno dalle seconde portate e invece li il gradino e ancora più alto per porzioni, presentazione e qualità.
Posto semplice e alla mano, ma dove ho visto molti fiorentini e dipendenti di attività nei dintorni venire a prendersi dei primi piatti da asporto il che conferma la mia impressione positiva.

Saturday evening Florence following the advice of a friend we tried this place. We are close to the Duomo of Florence but as soon as we enter we are surprised by the fun and typical open kitchen, “fumes and spadellamenti” which seems to be more of an oriental cuisine than an Italian one, but in a minute menu in hand you immediately find Italy.
It is a spaghetteria and of course we find all Italian classics from Carbonara allo Scoglio, but also rice and gnocchi. Good choice of second courses too.
The dishes you see in the photos surprised us, if it was obvious to expect good pastas that we confirm as such, I would have expected less from the second courses and instead they take the step and even higher for portions, presentation and quality.
Simple and easy-going place, but where I saw many Florentines and employees of nearby businesses come to get take-away first courses which confirms my positive impression.
