𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝗩𝗶𝗻𝗼 𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗼. 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗲𝘇𝘇𝗮𝗻𝗼 𝗣𝗶𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗲.
Sabato sera da Baccalà Vino & Merendino a Capezzano Pianore (LU) dall’Oste per eccellenza Riccardo Santini, eravamo in cinque io e quattro donne che si vuole di più dalla vita? Tordelli, Tortelli e Tortellini, con olio buono, formaggi e tartufo, nelle loro sfumature, nelle loro diverse consistenze, nei loro ripieni.
Da poco vincitore insieme alla figlia Nancy come miglior Tordello della Versilia non potevamo non fare e goderci questo trittico di degustazione, ovviamente prima ci siamo divertiti con le storiche torte salate del territorio, le polpette, l’orgasmica insalata di faraona e l’erotica lingua in salsa verde che anche a chi non piace la lingua (?!) quella lingua piace.
Due belle bocce di vino bianco e rosso che si toccavano per goderne tutti e per finire in bellezza crema gelato che si scioglie con rum e cioccolato, ovvero il Dessert Versilia.
Come sempre durante la cena obbligo le parole con Oste Riccardo, tanti argomenti, questa volta però non scrivibili … eravamo pur sempre con quattro donne.

Saturday evening at Baccalà Vino & Merendino in Capezzano Pianore (LU) at the Oste par excellence Riccardo Santini, there were five of us and four women who want more from life? Tordelli, Tortelli and Tortellini, with good oil, cheeses and truffles, in their nuances, in their different consistencies, in their fillings.
Recently winner together with his daughter nancy as the best Tordello of Versilia we could not help but enjoy this tasting triptych, obviously first we had fun with the historic savory pies of the area, the meatballs, the orgasmic guinea fowl salad and the erotic tongue in green sauce that even those who don’t like tongues (?!) like that tongue.
Two beautiful bowls of white and red wine that touched each other to enjoy them all and to top it off ice cream that melts with rum and chocolate, or the Dessert Versilia.
As always, during dinner, I had to talk to Oste Riccardo, many topics, but this time they weren’t writable … we were still with four women.
