Venerdì sera cena in centro a Lucca al Ristorante Carbone.
Location moderna lisciata da musica atmosfera, pareti di storia ci circondano insieme a bottiglie di vino che con il legno scaldano la voglia di rilassarsi e degustare piatti.
Noi dopo essere stati omaggiati da una bollicina e da una stuzzicante entree abbiamo degustato:
- Tartare di Manzo, chips di cavolo nero, spuma di parmigiano e balsamico.
- Acciughe marinate in aceto e vino, cipolla marinata e olio al prezzemolo.
- Gnocchi fatti a mano, crema di rapini e salsiccia del norcino di Vinchiana.
- Spaghetti trafilati al bronzo e vongole veraci.
Degustazione divertente in una location elegante dove si viene coccolati da un servizio professionale e sorridente.

Modern location smoothed by atmospheric music, walls of history surround us together with bottles of wine that with wood warm up the desire to relax and taste dishes.
After being honored by a bubble and a tantalizing entree, we tasted:
- Beef tartare, black cabbage chips, parmesan and balsamic mousse.
- Anchovies marinated in vinegar and wine, marinated onion and parsley oil.
- Handmade gnocchi, rapini cream and Vinchiana butcher’s sausage.
- Bronze drawn spaghetti and clams.
Fun tasting in an elegant location where you are pampered by a professional and smiling service.
