Eravamo in 4.
Abbiamo fatto un assaggio di Gricia (una porzione)dentro una focaccia appena sfornata, idea tanto azzardata quanto spettacolare in bocca.
La Gricia era uno spettacolo.
Prosciuttino a far da ponte a due bistecche accompagnare da bruschette di fagioli, insalata, e patate fritte. Due bocce di vino della casa. 25 € a Persona.
Tutto “simpaticissimo e fantasticissimo” per passare una serata in compagnia. Top Du Palle!

Sunday evening Du Palle.
There were 4 of us.
We had a taste of Gricia (one portion) inside a freshly baked focaccia, an idea as risky as it is spectacular in the mouth.
La Gricia was a show.
Ham to bridge two steaks accompanied by bean bruschetta, salad, and french fries. Two bottles of house wine. €25 per person.
All “very nice and fantastic” to spend an evening with friends. Top Two Balls!
