Un ambiente rosa come la rossa proprietaria Sabrina Falconi; si respira Oriente.

Pochi posti una trentina.

Divertenti le sedie al banco con lo chef che crea i nostri piatti e ce li serve.
Le consiglio.

Non sono un esperto di cucina giapponese, anzi forse è la prima volta che la provo, quindi non ho metri di giudizio e confronto, ma quello che ho provato durante la degustazione di ieri sera è stato un piacevole attendere piatti che non conoscevo ed emozionarmi nel gustarli, un susseguirsi di nuovi sapori, nuove cotture, nuove giochi per il palato.

Un’esperienza da conoscere, da vivere che vi farà divertire.

È un viaggio, ti trovi a Lucca e appena apri la porta sei in Giappone e vivrete la terra Nipponica fino a che non uscirete da quelle due stanze rosa.

Una cena con un’anima creativa gentile, fra Godzilla, Sailor Moon e Doraemon.

I’m not an expert in Japanese cuisine, in fact maybe it’s the first time I’ve tried it, so I don’t have yardsticks and comparisons, but what I experienced during last night’s tasting was a pleasant wait for dishes I didn’t know and I was moved by the taste them, a succession of new flavors, new cooking methods, new games for the palate.

An experience to know, to live that will entertain you.

It’s a journey, you are in Lucca and as soon as you open the door you are in Japan and you will experience the Japanese land until you leave those two pink rooms.

A dinner with a kind creative soul, between Godzilla, Sailor Moon and Doraemon.
